INGREDIENTS:
Pesara Pappu( Green Gram): 2 Cups
Green Chilli: 2
Cooking Soda: 1/2tbsp
Oil: To Fry
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak the green gram for 2-3 hours.Now strain the excess of water from it.Now take the soaked green gram and green chilli and add salt as per taste.put them in the mixer jar and grind them well.Now them into the bowl and add cooking soda.
Now take the pan and pour some oil and heat it, now drop the small quantity of rounded dough into it fry in high flame, until the colour change to golden brown.
Remove them with oil strainer and place them on a tissue paper. Now your pesara punukulu is ready.And serve them with coriander chutney or as you like.
