Rava upma( Suji Upma) is a popular breakfast. This is very simple and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS:
RAVA( Suji): 1 cup
Water: 2cups
Green chilli: 2
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Salt As per taste
Ghee: 1tbsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Chana dal:2tbsp
Urad dal:1tbsp
Coriander: few
Onions: 1sliced onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a pan and heat it. Now pour a ghee and add rave. To fry until the colour changes to brown. And keep them aside.
Now take a pan and pour oil and heat it. Now add sliced onions, green chilli, jeera, chana dal, urad dal.clour change to light brown colour.
Now add water and salt.Boil in 10 minutes.
Now add rave to slowly in that boil water.
Now the water evaporated and ready to serve hot Upma.
