SOUTH INDIAN MASALA FISH FRY.

Fish:1/2 kilo( cut pieces)
Onions:2 big
Garlic: 2pieces
Ginger: Small piece
Jeera:1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder: 2 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Oil: To Fry

Instructions:
First, cut the fish and clean them.

Then add some red chilli powder and turmeric powder and salt to fry them in oil and keep them aside.

Now take mix Jar and put chopped onions, jeera garlic and ginger in a jar and grind them.Then take the pan and pour some oil and heat it.then add the onion paste and fry them until the colour change to brown.

Then add fried fish in that fried masala paste.

Now it is ready to serve. your Masala fish fry.
