BARLEY WITH MUSHROOMS.

 Composition:
Barley – 300 gr.
Mushrooms – 300 gr.
Onion -1 PC.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Salt, black pepper to taste.


Method of preparation:
1. Barley wash thoroughly, boil until soft (about 40-50 minutes).



2. Mushrooms wash, peel and chop medium.



3. Onions clear, finely chop.



4. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.



5. Fry mushrooms with onions and carrots over high heat for about 15 minutes.



6. Add to the pan the mushrooms, barley, salt, pepper, add a little water, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.



The dish is ready.
