SPINACH SIMMERED WITH SOUR CREAM.

 Composition:
Spinach – 250 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Sour cream – 100 gr.
Garlic – 1 clove.
Salt, pepper – to taste.


Method of preparation:
1. Onions finely chop, lightly fried in vegetable oil, then add the chopped spinach (if the spinach was frozen, it is more desirable squeeze). Fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add the garlic clove, stir and pour sour cream. Stew on low heat under a lid for 10 minutes.

3. The dish is ready.
