Cake on the frying pan

When you want something sweet, and time for cooking is limited, I always benefit from this recipe. Since I tried this cake, it probably became the most beloved. The cake is very soft, tender, just melting in the mouth ... And most importantly, it's quickly prepared and it does not have to wait several hours for it to soak up😉

4 pcs of egg
200 ml of kefir
1 teaspoon of baking powder
sweetener to taste
40 grams of cornmeal
70 grams of rice flour
optional food coloring
For cream:
to taste soft cottage cheese
to taste honey
to taste berries

Mix kefir, yolk, sweetener, add flour, baking powder, dye and mix properly.

Squirrels whip until peaks☝️ gently put into the dough and mix with a spatula.

We spread the dough on a hot pan and cover with a lid, as soon as the dough grapes gently inverted.

Cool the cakes, grease each cake with cream, collect in a cake and decorate at will. Done!
