All the ingredients for the cream (except oil) should be placed in a saucepan with a thick bottom and non-stick coating, boil, stirring on low heat until thickening, allow to cool.
Mix the ingredients for the dough (except flour), boil for a quarter of an hour on low heat, remove from the plate, pour in flour, mix thoroughly, give the test half an hour to cool down, divide into 4 equal parts.
Each roll is rolled into a rectangle about 18x25 cm, peremestit on a baking tray (pre-lined with parchment), wound on a rolling pin, bake until ruddy at 200 degrees.
Add in parts in the cream butter, constantly whisking. Crusts put on top of each other, straighten the edges.
On the first cake put 1 \ 2 of the cream, cover with other corn, grease with a layer of apple jam. Cover with a third cake and grease the remains of the cream, put the last cake on it.
The top of the honey cake with apple jam is decorated with chocolate glaze from butter and chocolate, melted in a water bath, sprinkle the sides with crushed scraps.
That looks like something I'd love to eat! Thanks for the recipe :)
