The sauces are the number one protagonists of each dish of spaghetti, fettuccini, ravioli or ñoquiss. Without a good sauce to accompany the pasta we could not enjoy the true flavor of a good pasta. We can choose between these delicious Italian sauces and achieve a true gourmet experience.

  1. Caprese cream sauce Ingredients
    -2 large ripe tomatoes

-125 cubic centimeters (cc) of cream

-2 cloves of garlic

-½ packet of basil

-Olive oil

-Salt pepper

Preparation

In a pan with hot olive oil, sauté the garlic, add the peeled tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Leave to cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Add the cream. Pour the preparation in the juicer or in a processor and grind until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained. Pour back into the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, add the basil cut into strips, cook for 5 minutes.

  1. Bolognesa sauce
    -2 tablespoons of olive oil

-1 small finely chopped onion

-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

-250 grams of ground beef

-½ grated carrot

-500 grams of peeled tomatoes

-50 cubic centimeters (cc) of white wine

-1 tablespoon of oregano

-2 bay leaves

-Salt pepper

Preparation

In a pan with hot olive oil place the onion, cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic, cook for 10 minutes. Reserve.

In a pot with olive oil, cook the ground meat and the grated carrot over high heat, stirring, when the meat is semi cooked add the previous mixture of onions and garlic.

Add oregano, wine and finally peeled tomatoes and bay leaves, seasoning to taste. Cover the pot and cook for 45 minutes over low heat stirring constantly until it reduces. Turn off and let stand for 15 minutes. Accompany spaghetti with this tasty sauce.

  1. Carbonara sauce
    -100 grams of smoked bacon

-2 butter spoons

-3 egg yolks

-50 cubic centimeters (cc) of water

-100 grams of Parmesan cheese

-1 clove garlic

-Olive oil

-Salt pepper

  1. Preparation
    Cut the bacon into strips. In a pan brown 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, remove it from the pan. Place butter in the pan, add the cut bacon, sauté for 5 minutes, add the water, cook until it boils. To turn off.

In a dish, beat the egg yolks, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the pasta in a pot with plenty of water and salt, as indicated on the package, when the pasta is cooked, drain it. Mix the pasta with the beaten yolks (the yolks will be cooked with the heat of the pasta), add the bacon sauce and serve. This preparation is very good with delicious fettuccini. You can sprinkle them with grated cheese and pepper.
