Chicken with vegetables, rice, fresh herbs in sweet and sour sauce

INGREDIENTELE

SWEET PEPPER 40 g
CHICKEN FILLET 300 g
CARROTS 40 g
ONION 40 g
TOMATO PASTE 1 tablespoon
SOY SAUCE 2 tablespoons
1 clove GARLIC
SALT to taste
GROUND BLACK PEPPER to taste
CHILI PEPPER 1 piece
VEGETABLE OIL 1 teaspoon
GREENS 1 bunch
MANUAL COOKING 30 MINUTES TO PRINT

  1. Chicken fillet cut into fairly large cubes.

  2. Quickly fry in a well heated pan.
  3. Cut into small dice carrots, onions and sweet peppers.

  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Then add soy sauce.
  6. Add the tomato and simmer the vegetables for about 15 minutes.
  7. In the end add the chopped garlic and Chile.

  8. Put chicken fillet.
  9. Stir and keep on heat for another 2-3 minutes. At the end sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper to taste. For a side dish you can serve boiled rice.
