¼ cup Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 ⅓ lb. Kowalski's 85% Lean Prime Ground Beef
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tsp. prepared Asian chile-garlic paste
½ tsp. kosher salt
4 Kowalski's Sweet Egg Buns, lightly toasted

  • garnishes, to taste: Wasabi Mayo (recipe below), Sriracha mayo, pickled ginger, grated carrot, sliced avocado, sesame seeds and French fried onions
    DIRECTIONS
Whisk together teriyaki and honey in a small bowl; set this glaze aside. Combine next 6 ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix thoroughly; form 4 patties. Grill burgers over medium-high heat, covered, until done (4-5 min. per side), turning twice and brushing each side with glaze in last 2 min. of cooking. Remove from heat; let stand for 3-5 min., covered with foil, before serving. Serve on buns with desired garnishes.

Good to Know: Find wasabi powder and pickled ginger in the International Foods Aisle.
