This typical Padang food actually comes from Subulusaalam, Aceh. But this cuisine has managed to steal the attention of the padang community and make the padang residents like this snack. Snacks made from staple food of the Papuan people, namely sago, has a unique aroma so anyone who has never tried it will be made curious.
Sago mixed with coconut with banana and then wrapped with banana leaf and then cooked by burning on a firewood stove. This is what makes sago lompong taste very special and popular with many people.
