Surabi is a culinary derived from West Java whose name is very famous almost in all cities on the island of Java. Surabi or seabi is a cake made of rice flour burnt with a stove made of clay. A mature surabi will provide a savory taste and legit when eaten. Surabi is usually the easiest to find in Bandung and its surroundings.
Surabi is usually served in a traditional way, ie only with sweet liquids based on sugar and coconut. But if bored with traditional-shaped dish, surabi can also be served with sauce flavored durian, strawberries, beans, and passion fruit. In addition there is a variety of sauce flavor, surabi can also be enjoyed in the form of pancake content in which the stuffing can be chicken, eggs, and corned beef.
