The necessary materials are:

2 cups of meat (cow / khasi / chicken)

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and jayateree powders
2 cups onion roasted (boiled)
Cut 1/4 cup boots
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon kebab spice
Ghee (for brushing)

Methods prepared

Take out all the ingredients except ghee and eggs and mix it with a large bowl. Keep it for 4 hours.
Then fry the eggs with a lid and leave it for 1 hour.
