Fried Onion Chicken - Ayam Goreng Bawang

Today I want to share recipes with you: hopefully all of you can try.

Fried chicken is always a favorite dish. This one is chicken soaked with onions until the aroma is very savory, coated with flour and then fried until crispy. Eat while warm with chili sauce, Bangkok sauce or your favorite sweet and sour sauce.



INGREDIENTS

THE MAIN INGREDIENTS :

  • 500 g of boneless chicken, cut into pieces
  • fried oil
  • Soak Seasoning, stir well:
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 3 onions, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Seasoning Flour, mix well:
  • 100 g of flour
  • 50 g of rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

HOW TO MAKE :

  1. Stir in the pieces of chicken with the marinade until smooth. Let stand for 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

  2. Roll the seasoned chicken pieces into a mixture of Seasoning Flour until smooth.

  3. Fry in plenty of oil over medium heat until golden brown and dry.

  4. Lift and drain. Serve warm.

Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep dengan Anda: semoga kalian semua bisa mencoba.

Ayam goreng selalu menjadi hidangan favorit. Yang satu ini ayam direndam dengan bawang sampai aromanya sangat gurih, dilapisi tepung dan kemudian digoreng hingga renyah. Makan selagi hangat dengan saus sambal, saus Bangkok atau saus asam manis favorit Anda.



BAHAN

BAHAN UTAMA:

  • 500 g daging ayam tanpa tulang, potong-potong
  • minyak goring
  • Bumbu Perendam, aduk rata:
  • 3 siung bawang putih, parut
  • 3 butir bawang merah, parut
  • 1 sdm kecap asin
  • ½ sdt merica bubuk
  • 1 sdt garam
  • Tepung Bumbu, aduk rata:
  • 100 g tepung terigu
  • 50 g tepung beras
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena
  • 1 sdt merica hitam bubuk
  • 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
  • ½ sdt garam

BAGAIMANA MEMBUAT :

  1. Aduk potongan ayam dengan Bumbu Perendam hingga rata. Diamkan selama 1 jam agar bumbu meresap.

  2. Gulingkan potongan ayam berbumbu ke dalam campuran Tepung Bumbu hingga rata.

  3. Goreng dalam minyak banyak di atas api sedang hingga kuning kecokelatan dan kering.

  4. Angkat dan tiriskan. Sajikan hangat.
