Ingredient Used:

  • Half Kg Of Rice(sella roBasmatti)
  • Half Kg of Chicken
  • 1/4 Liter of milk with yellow Food color!
  • 1 Table Spoon Pistachio Nut Chopped
  • 10 almond
  • 8 coriander leave
  • 5 green Chili.
  • All One One tea spoon { salt, garam masala,red chili powder, coriander grinded, Cumin turmeric ,}
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 table spoon.
  • one Cup yogurt!
  • 2 medium sized shopped fry onion
  • 2 table spoon biryani masala.
  • 1 tea spoon jaifil jawaithri.

Used Of Direction:

Step 1

Put chicken in a bowl and mixed all the ingredients for marination and mix yogurts and oil and Mix it well with the help of hands and leave it for one hours .

Step 2

We take the same oil which was used to fry the sliced onion , one cup Oil First fry the almonds for 1 minutes and then and put the marinated chicken in oil and fry it for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3

  • Take 2 liters of water and Add Cumin and salt up to taste and tej patha, and boil the already soaked Rice , Keep in mind rich should be soaked for 30 minutes before boiling it .

Boiled it up to 80% and the sieved It .

Step 4

Put coriander leaves and green chili on the cooked chicken gravy and then put boiled rice on the top And Put the milk yellow color on the top of it, and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes . .
