If you want to keep track of whether you are eating nutritious food every day, follow a few simple steps.

Renovate the kitchen: Make a little change in kitchen decorations to prevent yourself from eating high calorie rich in the deep night. Instead of healthy calories, keep healthy foods such as carrots or other vegetables. Try to keep sweet foods, biscuits or chocolate opaque containers.

Put the small plates in front of the kitchen cupboard. Because of the study, it is found that if you eat food on small plates, you eat less.

Ensure balanced diet: In order to improve dietary habits, there must be definitely balanced foods. Have enough fruits and vegetables to eat and at least five times in the day. Ensure their presence as a part of the refresh food, such as morning snack banana, some green vegetables, spinach or lunch, as well as centrifugal and mid-day meal.

To be honest, sugar is not very useful for the body. A good way to stop the body from processed sugar is to eat the whole of latex sugar for the first few days, if it is adapted to the body then gradually start eating crude carbohydrate gradually.

If you feel too much food, eat nuts or seed foods as breakfast. These are healthy nutrients and rich in potassium. And it helps to keep you fast for a long time.

If you want to change taste, you can use cinnamon instead of honey in pudding.
