Hi there Steemians...sharing now is Tinolang Tahong (mussel soup). It's a recipe inspired by one of the popular dish here in our country called Tinolang Manok (chicken soup), which uses both ginger, papaya and chili leave.
For the ingredients we'll need mussels, cut papaya, chili leaves, 3 cups water, 1 beef cube, ginger and ground pepper.
To cook this...first is to saute ginger, papaya and some mussels. Add the water let it boil, then pour in the left mussels, beef cube and the chili leaves. Dash some pepper and cook until all the mussels are open.
