One of my favorite desserts, gulaman.
ingredients:
1 sachet mr. gulaman
1 sachet nestle cream
1 big can evap milk
1 can condensed milk
1 bottle macapuno sprout vanilla
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Prepare gulaman according to instructions, when set, cut in small pieces. Drain macapuno sprout. If you're using bottled one. You can wash it to removed extra sweetness. Mix all ingredients.. adjust sweetness according to taste.
Refrigerate for few hours and serve.
