Today I want to show the recipe is very tasty and hearty dish - Lasagna with minced meat.
Lasagna with minced meat - it is the most popular variation. In my opinion, this is well-deserved, as the dish is really very tasty. I used dry plates, which can not pre-cook, but be sure to pay attention to the instructions.
Lasagna is great for lunch or dinner!
You will need:
Onions - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 40 ml
Minced beef and pork - 500 g
Salt - ½ tsp
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Tomato puree - 500g
Wheat flour - 40 g
Milk - 400 ml
Butter - 50 g
Lasagna (sheets) - 10 pcs.
Cheese - 50 g
Recipe:
Ingredients 1st stage:
Onions - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 40 ml
Onions cut into cubes and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
Ingredients 2nd stage:
Minced beef and pork - 500 g
Salt - ½ tsp
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Minced meat add to the onions and fry all together until cooked meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Ingredients 3rd stage:
Tomato puree - 500 g
Dried parsley - 2 tsp
Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
When ground beef is ready, add the tomato puree into it. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes to evaporate excess liquid. At the end, add the greens.
Ingredients 4th stage:
Wheat flour - 40 g
Milk - 400 ml
Butter - 40 g
To prepare the bechamel sauce, you melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the flour, stir. The hot mixture slowly add the cold milk. At this time, the dishes is better to remove from the heat. When milk is added, put the sauce on low heat and cook, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. When the sauce thickens, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Ingredients 5th stage:
Butter - 10 g
Lasagna (sheets) -10 pcs.
The form of grease with butter, put on the bottom of the lasagna sheets size, put a little béchamel sauce.
On the bechamel Put the minced meat, cover with a sheet of lasagne and alternate layers until you reach the desired height. The last layer should be Béchamel.
Ingredients 6th stage:
Cheese - 50 g
Sprinkle with grated cheese lasagna and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven.
Lasagna with minced meat is ready!
Cooked lasagna, remove from the oven, let stand 10 minutes, then cut into portions.
