In cooking pear is widely used, but the most delicious version - pie with pears. I decided to add to the pie fresh brewed coffee.
For this cake pears cooked in sugar syrup. It turns out very tasty and juicy pie and pear smell just divine. The whole kitchen was filled with the aroma of pears.

INGREDIENTS:
flour - 150 g
fresh coffee - 0.5 cups
baking powder - 1 tsp.
brown sugar - 100 g
egg - 1 pc.
butter - 2 tbsp. l.
milk - 0.5 cups
pear - 1 pc.
RECIPE:
1. Melt butter, mix thoroughly whisk milk and slightly beaten egg.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, 1 cup of sugar and 0.5 cups of fresh coffee. Carefully pour in the milk mixture. Mix until uniform.
3. Pear wash, fine-cut longitudinal plates.
4. In the pan to pour 50 ml of water, add sugar. Put on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Place the pear. Writing a boil, reduce heat to low. Cook another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. Preheat oven to 180° C. In a frying pan with pears pour the prepared dough. Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, quickly cover with a plate of appropriate size and turn immediately (this is important to do before, until the sugar syrup is not stuck to the bottom of dishes).
