Recipe: "Focaccia with Rosemary"(Recipe and Food Photos).

Today I wanted to bake a delicious and not at all familiar to all bread called focaccia.

Focaccia - this Italian bread, which is prepared from both the yeast and unleavened dough. The focaccia can be added to all tastes, what you like. For example olives, dried tomatoes, thyme, cheese, mushrooms, etc. I decided to try to add the rosemary, it offers an incredible rich taste and aroma.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Flour - 500 g

Salt - 2 tsp.

Yeast - 7 g

Olive oil - 80 ml

Warm water - 250 ml

Rosemary - 30g

COOKING METHOD:

Mix in a bowl the flour, salt, yeast, olive oil and warm water. All mix well and knead the dough. kneading time will take you about 10 minutes. It is necessary to ensure that the dough has become elastic. Then take the form of baking sprinkle it with flour and roll out the dough ready in a small rectangle. Cover with a tea towel and put in the heat for 30 minutes in order to make the dough rise and become lush. When the dough has risen make small dimples and put sprigs of rosemary for more flavor and aroma. Then put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

FOCACCIA WITH ROSEMARY

The finished focaccia pour olive oil and cut into small rectangular pieces.
