The Baskets with Cowberry(Original Photos and Recipe)

Hello friends, today I want to show you a wonderful and very fast recipe for delicious baking. These little baskets with cowberry are an excellent dessert. I remember how in my childhood my mother cooked something like that.

Cowberry is a very tasty and healthy berry, which is very tasty in baking. I really like this recipe for its simplicity and excellent taste.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 1 layer

Cowberry - 100 g

Sugar powder - 50 g

Vegetable oil - for lubrication

Cooking method:

Puff pastry into a thin layer and cut into the same squares of a small size. Form the cupcakes with vegetable oil and put into each part of the mold by the square of the dough. Then put the cowberry and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Also you can use any other berries that you just like. I really like the combination of puff pastry and cowberry.

The dough at the baskets turns crispy in combination with a juicy filling of berries. Try to cook! :)
