Patè of Salmon recipe.

Patè of salmon is a tasty way for cooking fish, if you like salmon and delicate food, it is the perfect recipe for you.  My girlfriend love it, maybe more than me!

I like to cook. And to eat. I made patè sometimes at home ( For special nights) and i eat it often when i go to my summer holidays on the sea of Livorno.


 THE INGREDIENTS. 100 oz /gr smoked salmon , 10 oz/gr of butter at room temperature , 40 oz/gr of Mayonnaise . Preparing it is easy, truly easy, it can be  fix and  ready in 30 minutes, more or less, you can prepare in advance and  you can eat more also the day before you did it! Let's see how to do it!

Finish the salmon by removing the dark part,  put them  in a blender and use the device in small taps, to avoid overheating of the fish , you must obtain a homogeneous paste . rather delicate,  fine and dense.
Put the well chopped salmon in a bowl, add the butter and mix hardly with the help of a fork.
Combine the mayonnaise and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Than decorate the patè in the way you prefere, with grana chees one, rucola, fruits! Have fun!

Due suggestioni a te: quando mete foto su tuo blog è buono mettere anche la fonte, caso le foto non siano tuoi, invece si sono, fai sapere. L'altra è quando fai un post di ricetta, sarebbe meglio fare vedere tutte le tappe, e di preferenze con foto. Cosi avrai una possibilità maggiore di voti. Benvenuto and Stemit on! (;
