Check this easy to make recipe and all your body will thank you!! It's healthy, heart and body warming, smooth, delicious, easy to digest and very nourishing!! You can cook this on a chilly day and you're done of cooking. Twenty minutes and you can do everything you want with your rest of the time 'cause the food its ready to eat!!! yuhuuuu! ... At least, this is what I've done..... (except I'm here with you on @Steemit ) <3
But...take a look of what ingredients you'll need in order to make this amazing deliciously ~VEGETABLE CREAM SOUP~
- cauliflower ( up to 200g)
- 1 parsnip
- 2 parsley root
- 1 celery root
- 1 big carrot
- 1 onion
- 7 cloves garlic
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 pepper
- 1 can of Coconut cream (or if don’t have use vegetal cream or just regular one)
- Spices: salt, black pepper, curry, red pepper and chilly – feel free to use as much as you want
Also the method is very simple to follow:
1.Chopp all the ingredients.
2. Put to a boil the ingredients in 1.5-2 liters of water, except spices and coconut cream.
3. After the vegetables have been boiled (30-40 minutes, it depends of what type of oven you use), turn on the vertical blender to make the cream soup. If you don’t have a vertical blender, you can use a normal blender.
4. Add spices and coconut cream. Stir until all is homogenized.
& DONE !! That's all you have to do!
