High-protein Salad ~ Buckwheat, Mushrooms, Feta Cheese and a lot of Greens! Deliciously healthy!! made with joy <3

Dear friends,


I want to share with you this recipe I made today.  It’s easy to make, very nutritious, protein intake and really tasting! You could add some chicken if you want more protein or just a piece of meat! 

It keeps you full at least 3 hours!! That's because of the high amount of protein here ~ buckwheat, feta cheese, mushrooms!! you have all the packet! You can have this salad after you exercise! Its a good option, easy to digest and full of nutrients.


Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

INGREDIENTS (2-3 servings)

- 100g soaked buckwheat

- 4 big Champignion mushrooms (marinated in 2 Tbsp pumpkin oil and one pinch of salt.)

- ½ bunch of wild garlic 

- 1 bunch of green parsley leaves 

- 10 small red radishes

- 15 leaves roman salad (or any salad you have)

- 300g feta chees

- Another 2 Tbsp pumpkin oil

- Salt and black pepper


METHOD:

1. Put the buckwheat  in water in order to soak for 1-2 hours. (this is before you start to prep the salad)

2. Marinate the mushrooms with 2Tbsp pumpkin oil and salt (only until you prepare the rest of the ingredients)

3. Start preparing the rest of the ingredients. Cut into pieces.

4. Mix everything, including the  soaked buckwheat.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin oil, pepper and salt to the end.


For this recipe you will need approximately 30 minutes.  Feel free to replace any ingredient if you don’t have one mentioned in my recipe!  Just add in your favourites and you’ll have some vitamins on board!!

Well, good for you! As a nutritionist, I encourage you to do exactly what you're doing :)). Take your vegan protein and stay healthy!! ~health before wealth!~ some memo i read somewhere here, at some steemian! i dont remember who this is:D but it's a good memo!
