Chicken Soup, Samgyetang (Korean Food)

Material :

1 male chickens
1 cup Glutinous rice
4 Dates
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

To taste salt
1/2 onion Bombay

1 pack of Chicken Soup Spice

Preparation :

Prepare all ingredients, wash chickens entrails, head, legs and tail, Wash glutinous rice, soak for 10 minutes, then drain. 1 Fine finely chopped garlic, the remaining leave intact, 5 cm onion cut, thinly sliced ​​onion
