Cooked simple and easy janan eat is baked black beans nachos. Layers of crispy blue corn flakes, Monterey Jack cheese, dried black beans, topped by Piceno de Gallo. Delicious, it's a meat-free recipe so it's inexpensive to make too!
Ingredients
- 14.51 ounces black beans can be rinsed and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon of adobo spoon / sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Onion salt with garlic, salt and pepper as desired
- 1 bag of blue corn flakes
- 2 cups Monterey Jack shredded cheese
- Pico de Gallo
instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil oil in a pan / frying pan
- Add black beans, garlic, spices,
- When heated, add Adobo paste and about a glass of water. Eventually, the heat and water will drop from the adobo paste, and you'll have to move it and work it out a lot.
- Once the Adobop paste is diluted, use the potato mixture to mix the beans.
- Layer about half the bag of blue corn flakes in one layer on the baking sheet.
- Drops spoons of dried black beans, you may need to add a little water to the beans to loosen them.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the beans / chips.
- Repeat your layers! Chips, beans, cheese.
- Bake the nachos for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and salted.
- Remove from oven, add Pico de Gallo.
- Service immediately, unfortunately these do not save well at all.
Steps in Pictures
Above all, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Firstly
- Then you need to heat your pan
- Spray in about 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
- Add one 14.5 oz can black beans, drain rinse.
- Add a tablespoon of chopped garlic, or you can chop your garlic and add it.
Second
- Mix the beans and garlic, allowing the grains to leak out.
- Then get a tablespoon of Adobo, mix it (adobo paste if your body is very thick)
- add in a glass of water, and continue mixing everything. With heat and water, the Adobo paste will eventually soften.
- After the paste comes out, then everything starts to multiply again, use the potatoes to mix those beans!
Third
- Now, get the bread sheet and cover it with one layer of blue corn flakes.
- Sprinkle half the Monterey Jack cheese over the beans / chips.
- Then repeat the three layers, chips, beans and cheese.
- Now, pour your delicious bread in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and tasty.
- When the cheese is nice and plump (I can leave the creams in the oven for a few more minutes but I have very hungry children), remove the paper from the oven and add Pico de Gallo.
