So With the cold that reigns these days, there is no better than a good tajine with vegetables hot ...
Ingredients :
Chicken thighs.
2 sliced onions.
100 peas.
6 small potatoes.
6 carrots.
2 tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of ginger.
2 cloves garlic chopped.
Salt.
1/2 teaspoon of curcum.
2 hot peppers.
8 cl of olive oil
1 small glass of water
A bunch of parsley and chopped coriander.
Preparation :
In a tajine, put the chicken and spices. garlic and onion.
Arrange the vegetables, chilli, parsley and coriander, olive oil and water.
Close the tajine and put it on low heat, simmer until cooked.
Enjoy this hot dish with Moroccan bread.
