Moroccan " tajine " with vegetables.. Easy to prepare

Hey steemit users <3 ..

So With the cold that reigns these days, there is no better than a good tajine with vegetables hot ...

Ingredients :

  • Chicken thighs.

  • 2 sliced onions.

  • 100 peas.

  • 6 small potatoes.

  • 6 carrots.

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger.

  • 2 cloves garlic chopped.

  • Salt.

  • 1/2 teaspoon of curcum.

  • 2 hot peppers.

  • 8 cl of olive oil

  • 1 small glass of water

  • A bunch of parsley and chopped coriander.

Preparation :

  • In a tajine, put the chicken and spices. garlic and onion.

  • Arrange the vegetables, chilli, parsley and coriander, olive oil and water.

  • Close the tajine and put it on low heat, simmer until cooked.

  • Enjoy this hot dish with Moroccan bread.
