One unit of milk
Two units of water
Salt to the required amount
Yogurt, for each liter of a mixture of water and milk a tablespoon
Mix water and milk. Heat up to about 70 degrees
After cooling, add yogurt and salt
For carbonization, mix a sugar cubes
Leave the liquid for three days in a warm place (25 degrees)
Now our dough is ready.
