While eating food we should bear in mind that we don’t eat just to satisfy hunger or to fill the belay. We eat to preserve our health . For good health a man needs good food . Sometimes it so happens that people who live even in the midst of plenty do not eat the food they need for good health . Because they have no knowledge of science and health and nutrition.
