OK, so of the GODS might seem a little dramatic but if you haven't tried this lasagna recipe you have been missing out! This is a decadent, rich and flavoursome meal that the whole family will love! Its a big recipe so I will be breaking it down into 3 parts. So stay tuned!

This is part 3, if you missed the previous parts you can find them below.

Next up is the side! who doesn't love a tasty side?

These Garlic cheese swirls are delicious, simple and they are very bold too!

Ingredients

1 sheet of pre made Vegan Puff pastry (Tesco Aldi and Lidl own brand as well as Jusroll are all Vegan friendly)
3 Tbs of the sundried olive oil from part 1
2 Tbs Nooch
as much cheese as you can handle

Method

  • Open the puff pastry on its own baking paper
  • Sprinkle the oil over the sheet
  • Sprinkle the garlic, nooch and finally the cheese

IMAG1372.jpg

  • Roll the pastry back up and cut into 12 even slices (use a sharp knife for this or you'll smush the pastry)

IMAG1373.jpg

  • Bake until golden brown at about 180 Deg c (about 14 min)

Serve with the lasagna! or just nibble on their own (be warned though they are delish)

I have always loved anything garlic, especially garlic rolls! Especially with some vegan cheese, yum! Thank you for sharing @moonunit! 🌱

I’m going to be trying these this week 😆 I can’t wait!

No worries, I'm a garlic fiend too and when cheese is mixed in there, stop. Let me know how you get on.

Omg you make me drool with this yumminess! Wish I could have some through the screen!😋🤤

🤣🤣 Some day we will have that tech, I'm sure of it! Do let me know if you try them!

Aww yes! That's true😉

Yum! I think I can convince my dairy loving friends with this recipe, can't wait to try it out!

You can, if you are that way inclined, add some pasatta with mixed herbs and have a pizza swirl too. They are also super tasty!

Thanks for checking it out and let me know if you do try it.
