I have been working hard on a super meaty Seitan recipe for you all. I am getting very close and I think this might just be the one. I have it in the oven at the moment then I have a recoat in my glaze and let it marinade for 2 days final cook will be either in a slow cooker or on a red hot pan.

It sure is @puravidaville but I hope its worth it! As I was messing with recipes to try and find the perfect one or took wat longer than I wanted but once I know it's right I can find tune for speed. With anything like a brisket there is a lot of cook time. 😀

Can’t wait to see the finished product.
