The delicious Rajasthani meat 'Banjari meat'

Ingredients - 600 grams of Khasis or beef, 150 grams of oil, 200 grams of onion, 50 grams whole hot spices, 80 grams of ginger-garlic paste, 25 grams of chilli powder, salt to taste, 15 gram turmeric powder, 20 grams of coriander powder, 15 The village is rich (a little bit crushed), 150 grams of sugarcane, 6 green chilies (dried in red color) or dried pepper.


Method - Heat the oil with a large pan. Onion Day Keep fry till it becomes brown. Then garnish with garam masala, whole hot spices, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and spice. Take a little bit of meat and give it meat. Sprinkle on a small powdered grilled coriander and cook it for meat.


Then wait for the raw chilli slices or boiled with a chilly pepper. If meat is boiled, keep it for 10 minutes. Then, after lowering it, serve hot with roasted bread, patta, luchi, rice, polao or khichuri, delicious 'banjabari meat'.
