Sunday evening in the Vertigo house, and it's Fajita time! They're so quick and easy to prepare and the whole family loves them, so we pretty much do this at least once a week.
First, brown off some chicken in a frying pan with a little oil, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder (quantities to taste).
Add some chopped onions...
...and peppers, then fry for about 5 minutes (Or the vegetables are cooked to your liking).
Grate some cheese...
...and then place it all on a tortilla wrap with as many red jalapeños as you dare!
Fold and enjoy!
