How to make traditional cake Glass Cake.

Material :

- 1 kg of good cassava

- 8 ripe bananas

- 100 g medium grated coconut

- 100 g of sugar

- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 150 g of grated coconut

- 1 pandan leaf, cut into pieces

- 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Glasses Cake:

1. Peel the cassava then wash and drain.

2. Grate the cassava until smooth and set aside.

3. Steam bananas until cooked, cool and then peel.

4. Mix the cassava powder with grated coconut, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix well.

5. Divide the cassava dough into 4 parts.

6. Take 2 banana leaves, flatten 1 part of cassava then give 2 steamed bananas.

7. Roll and compact then pin both ends with a stick.

8. Steam in a hot steamer for 30 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool.

9. Sprinkles: Stir the grated coconut with salt until smooth. Steam with pandan until cooked. Remove and cool.

10. Peel the banana leaf rolls, cut the cassava crosswise 1 cm, wrap with grated coconut and serve.
