This study is done on 609 people aged 18 to 50 years old. Half of it was male and half women. They were first divided into two groups of low fat and low curbs. They are told not only to eat low fat or low-carb diet but also to eat healthy foods. They are asked to go to the raw market and buy fresh vegetables.

After 12 months of research, the participants in two groups were able to reduce weight by 13 pounds. Some people lose about 60 pounds of weight. Instead of reducing weight, 15-20 pounds increase. But on average, the weight of the two teams was 13 pounds.

Researcher Gardner said, "The average weight loss is the same because it is most likely to eat both types of low-carb or low-fat diet. It is said to eat less sugar, less flour and more fruits and vegetables. That is why similar results are available.
