Food in China, taste in Sichuan (Part 1)/ 食在中国,味在四川(一)

Dear Steemians, this time, I'd like to share various dishes or snacks in Sichuan, China.  I make a list of the delicious Chinese food I’ve eaten. The following are my personal opinion. (in no particular order)

Sichuan is noted as the "Heavenly Land of Plenty". When it comes to Sichuan, we have to talk about the spicy food.
  • Hot pot   

1. Spicy hot pot 

 

When eating, we wait for the oil to come to a boil and wait for the first food to be eatable. We have enough patience to wait. 

2. Clear soup hot pot  

The soup is neither too spicy nor too oily.The highlight of this dish lies in its delicious soup. Before putting the food into the soup, we’d better drink a bowl of soup, which is considered an appetizer.  

3. Clear-oil double-flavored hot pot 

It's difficult to suit the taste of all the finers where there are so many of them. Luckily, this dish can satisfy people’s different tastes.     

  • Grilled Fish 

The fish is a little spicy and filled with the scent of green pepper. 

 This one is cooked with bean sauce.   

  •  Three-juice stew pot  

Three juices grew out of the Qing dynasty imperial dishes spicy fish stew. Heat the oil in a pot and stew the dish at high temperatures. It tastes so good.

 四川被誉为天府之国,当提到四川,我们不得不提及麻辣二字。 
  •  火锅

 1.  红油火锅

 在享用美食前,我们等一锅红油沸腾,等第一口菜烫好,这一点我们有足够的耐心。 

 2.  清汤火锅 

 清汤火锅不辛辣不油腻。清汤火锅的精髓,在于其汤汁鲜美,下菜之前品一碗汤,开胃润肠道。 

 3.  鸳鸯火锅 

它满足了人们的不同口味, 解决了众口难调的问题。   

  •  烤鱼

 青椒味烤鱼、豆豉味烤鱼、泡椒味烤鱼...  

  •  三汁焖锅

 三汁源自于清朝御膳焖锅。在锅里热油,在高温下焖热食物,味道极好。
