So the other day I was going to make an egg sandwich, but then I remembered that there are better ways to make eggs. So I decided to try poached. It is a lot less greasy and will has less calories because of that.
Quick steps
- medium pot to boil
- add salt, dash of olive oil, and some basil
- stir the pot until you have a twister going
- crack the egg in there and leave it for 3-4 minutes
- take the poached baby out gently when you noticed it is white through

Remember, eggs are an excellent way to cure a hangover; you add some salt to them and combine it with a lot of water, and your brain will start reabsorbing water in no time!
