Recipe how to make pancakes

 One meal once molten and soft in the mouth is a pancake. Pancakes made from a mixture of flour, milk, eggs and sugar is especially favored by many people. Especially if it was served with syrup, jam or butter on it. 

 For those of you who want to try to make pancakes at home, please refer to each step of the following: 

 Material : 

 1. 110 grams all-purpose flour
2. 1 egg size (then shake average)
3. 1 1/4 tsp baking powder (Suggestion: use the double acting)
4. 1/4 tsp salt
5. 2 teaspoons white vinegar or lemon juice
6. 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
7. 2 tablespoons butter or 40 grams of margarine, melted.
If using margarine, skip the use of salt in the recipe.
8. 135 ml milk or 3 tablespoons of full cream milk powder + 130 ml of water (mix) 

 How to make pancake 

 1. Enter the liquid milk and white vinegar or lemon juice / lemon into a medium sized bowl. Then mix well and let stand for 5 minutes to allow the milk to go sour.
A mixture of liquid milk and white vinegar or lemon juice / lemon serves as a substitute for buttermilk, pancakes so that the texture becomes more soft and tender 

 2. In a separate bowl, put the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then stir until lumps disappear flour. 

 3. Next, prepare a medium-sized bowl and fill the melted butter (the cold), milk and beaten egg before. Then stir the batter until well blended. 

 4. Then add the flour into the egg and milk shake earlier. Then stir until well blended using a spatula. Stir slowly and briefly, do not go overboard. 

 5. Prepare a flat pan or non-stick teflon pan, then spread a little butter on its surface. Grease the inside of the mold pancakes (if you are using a mold pancake) 

 6. Then pour one ladle batter onto the griddle surface. Wait batter until there are small bubbles on the surface of the dough. 

 7. Then, turning the dough so that part of it was also overcooked. Do not be pressured, if it is lightly browned, then it is ready. Lift the pancake from the pan, and then do the numbers 6 and 7 until the pancake batter runs out 

 8. The pancakes were ready to eat! 

 Pancake feels more solid and delicious when still warm and freshly cooked on the griddle. You can add the syrup, jam or butter on it to make it more delicious and yummy
