PREPARATION OF FIG JAM
 Take healthy and clean dry figs.
 Washed the figs properly.
 Boil the figs in hot water.
 Prepare mix by blending
 Add sugar and start cooking
 Add citric acid or lemon juice
 Add pectin as thickening agent
 Add sodium benzoate for preservation
 Check the thickness and spread-ability for endpoint measurement.
 Give stay time for cooling 10 minutes.
 Our jam is ready to serve.
