Mabo Nasu, Fried tofu and Chinese cabbage simmered .


Mabo Nasu that is fried egg plant with Chinese chili sauce.

    Mabo Nasu

  • eggplant: 1
  • Ground pork : 50g
  • Green onion : 1
  • Doubanjiang : 1 teaspoon
  • Chinese soup : 1 teaspoon
  • Sake :1 tablespoon
  • Sweet bean sauce : 2 tablespoons
  • pepper : A little
  • Potato starch : 2 teaspoon
Eggplant, cut thin green pepper on the vertical.
Bake in a frying pan.
Once, I put in a dish.
Then, very fry the ground pork. There, entangle put doubanjiang.
Add the eggplant and peppers.
Mix Chinese soup, Sake , Sweet bean sauce , water 150 ml.
Add the mixed it.

    Fried tofu and Chinese cabbage simmered

  • Fried tofu: 2
  • Chinese cabbage: three
  • Soy sauce:2 table spoon
  • Mirin: 2 table spoon
  • Sake:2 tablespoons
  • Water: 250ml
Cut the pressed tofu into bite-size.
Chinese cabbage in the transverse cut in about 2 cm wide.

Boil about 15 minutes, complete.
