''Spicy chicken''
Materials needed:
2 chicken thighs (Cut 4)
15 dried chili stalks
5 onion seeds
4 pillows of garlic
1 inch halia
5 lemon grass (dried chilies, shallots, garlic, halia and lemongrass are shared)
3 cup of coconut milk
1 halba feeding halo
½ cup of java tamarind water
1 sugar tea blade
Salt taste enough
How to provide and cook:
Clean the chicken and puncture. Then apply with salt.
Enter the chicken in the cauldron with the materials ranged, coconut milk, halba, sugar, and water tamarind so simple cook (little soup). Chaos so all the spices sebati with chicken.
Remove the chicken and place it on the toaster and burn it over the kitchen to make it crisp.
