How to make tuna fish sauteed (Aceh: eungkot tumeh)

hi all ... this time I will share a simple recipe that is sauteed tuna. the following ingredients and ways of cooking:

Ingredients:

  • 4 shallots, 1 piece of garlic, 3 pieces of hazelnut, 6 red chilies, chilies 7 small, a little ginger and 7 sour sunti.
  • curry leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 2 green chilies
  • turmeric and coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil

How to cook:

  • clean the fish then coat with salt and lime
  • prepare the necessary seasoning
  • puree 3 onion, 1 piece of garlic, 3 pieces of hazelnut, red chili 6, 7 cayenne pepper, a little ginger and 7 sunti acid.
  • prepare a pan
  • pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • turn on the stove
  • enter the already chopped onion, lemongrass and curry leaves
  • insert subtle flavor
  • add 2 teaspoons of turmeric and coriander powder
  • enter tuna fish and water. Add salt to taste. and stir
  • when boiling enter green chillies.
  • tuna fish sauteed ready to eat.
