Healthy cooking

So I am very big on cooking my food at all times and by any means possible . I've really I'm proved my cooking skins over the past year since living off campus. I try and stick to healthy carbs and makes sure that my plate looks good but at the same time appetizing.

Recently I made Salmon, sweet potatoes, and green beans. The meal was delicious. I definitely tried some new spices and pictures to enhance the taste of my food .

Salmon:
Are use the wrong onion and garlic and hot chili peppers mashed up together and placed it on top of the Sierra are use the wrong onion and garlic and hot chili peppers mashed up together and placed it on top of the Salmon. I also sprinkled creel seasoning complete seasoning and light pepper with a little bit of curry powder. I soaked the salmon in some lemon juice .
Sweet Potato:
I placed a sweet potato inside of the oven wrapped in aluminum foil for about an hour and a half and after it was soft I mashed it with cinnamon .

Green Beans: when making green beings I sautéed them with olive oil and use a little bit of Creole seasoning and cook on low .
