About 20 years ago, in the middle of May in the area named Muzaffarpur in northern India, children suddenly lost consciousness and they were brought into the hospital one after another. In the case of children who had seizures, it was a problem that they were in hungry because their poor meals were not enough. In other words, Lychee has lowered the blood glucose level which was originally hungry and lowered to a more dangerous level. In the case of children who had seizures, the percentage of those who ate less ripe lychee or rotten lychee.

Health officials who thought that they had identified the cause of death of children in 2015 began to inform local people as " preventing children from having dinner " and " restricting the number of eating litchi " as sudden death prevention measures. As a result, in the past two years, the number of children carried to the hospital has decreased sharply from hundreds to 50 or less per year .

So I do not think that we should not eat Lychee completely. Better eat fruits in Moderation.
