Rava - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Maida - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper corns - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 inch (grated)
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Green coriander - Fist
Oil to fry and roast
Onions - 5
Keep aside green chilies, curry leaves, coriander separately. And make small pieces of ginger.
In a mixing bowl make sure to add rice to make rice flour, rava, flour, salt and cucumber and make a thin cucumber.
After adding cumin seeds, black pepper cornes, green chillies, curry leaves and mix well, then leave for 30 minutes later.
Chop the onion well and till it becomes brown in the pan.
Heat the tawa and put some oil and apply onions. Later add the cucumber. And then add onions. Cooked and served hot until dosa crispy.
