Ingredients
250 g of cow kikil
250 gr of tetelan / brisket meat
50 red chili peppers
8 pieces of red onion
3 pieces of garlic
2 bay leaves
2 orange leaves
1 galangal segment, crushing
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp beef masako cow
Salt taste
200 ml of water
Boil / presto tetelan and kikil until tender and then cut according to taste.
Prepare other ingredients

Saute marinade until cooked and add meat and gravel, add water. Enter the brown sugar, salt and powdered broth. Cook until the water slightly shrinks and thickens.
