SATE CHICKEN CHICKEN SWEET Soak up + satay tips)
Ingredients
275 grams Chicken, diced
Ground spices :
4 Onions Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 pieces of red cayenne
1 red curly pink
1 stalk of lemongrass
1 segang Galang
1/2 tbsp Coriander
2 grains of Pecan
1 tbsp Sugar red, comb
Other Seasonings:
25 ml Liquid milk
2-3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/2 orange juice, squeeze
Salt taste
Oles Seasonings:
To taste Margarine
Sufficient sweet soy sauce (vy: skip, replace the remaining marinade)
Supplementary material :
Sufficient Sambel soy sauce cayenne pepper
Step
Saute the finely ground spice of sweetened smp. Add another spice, mix well, taste test, turn off the heat, let it cool. Pour into chicken pieces, mix well, store in refrigerator overnight or min.2 hours.
Pour 4-5 pieces of chicken into a satay puncture. Burn with teflon or boiling ripe brown as it is smeared with margarine & remaining spices.
The meat is perfectly ripe & flooded spices
Tips: 1. If lazy dirty fitting chicken nusukin, chicken can be stuck mixed with spices, new deh mix with spices n store the refrigerator. 2. If burned with embers, preferably puncture sate soaked in cold water spy lidi not burned mdh. 3. Get stabbed when burned spy cpt eyes
