Named mature sate because the beginning of this sate is sold in the town of Matang Geuleumpang Dua, a district in Bireuen District. This satay uses the basic ingredients of mutton which is diced, then spiced with spices. As a complement, Sate Matang the tender meat is accompanied by a thick broth of gravy flavored cardamom, lawang flowers, cloves and pepper. Scrumptious!
