USING SEMO TO MAKE AKARA (BEAN CAKE)

I love food and I don't joke with anything that has to do with my office (i.e my kitchen). I learnt this one of recent and I thought it wise to share with bean cake lovers.

INGREDIENTS -semo, baking powder (very little), sugar (optional) , pepper, egg, Maggie, milk and groundnut oil.

PROCEDURE - Pour your semo in a bowl, add little baking powder (e. g half spoon), add sugar (if any), add salt (a pinch is okay), add your Maggie, your chopped onions and pepper, egg(2 or 3 depending on the quantity), add your milk and a little water then mix together. (check the taste as you turn) . Pour your groundnut oil in your frying pan and fry in a low heat. It will come out nice just like your normal bean cake (akara).
